===== Position Description =====
  * Organize and supervise the work of literature evangelists (colporteurs)
  * Provide regular training for literature evangelists
  * Plan distribution areas
  * Ensure spiritual and logistical follow-up of literature evangelists
  * Track sales, inventory, and monthly reports
  * Submit a monthly report to the Chad Mission
  * Work in coordination with the evangelism department and inventory management
  * Communicate regularly with the pastor with whom the literature evangelist is working

===== Qualifications =====
  * Missionary zeal and love for field work
  * Sociable personality
  * Good communication skills and respectful persuasion
  * Physical endurance (walking, travel)
  * Organizational skills and diligence in record keeping
