Ink Consumption

Here are a few ideas of how to measure ink.

The ink for this machine comes in plastic translucent tubes of 1 liter. To measure consumption for a print job:

1. Mark the position of the ink piston for each color.
2. Note the counter on the machine at the beginning of the job.
3. Print the job.
4. Note the counter on the machine at the end of the job.
5. Mark the position of the ink piston for both colors.
6. Measure the distance in mm of ink consumed for each color
