Use What You Have
Before reviewing the detailed list of departments, remember this: with our model, a single person can operate a mini print center.
Of course, having a team is preferable. But start with what you have. If you are available to God and you have a printer, you can already begin the work.
Consider this list not as a heavy structure, but as a reminder of important areas that should not be neglected.
With a small team, one or two people may cover multiple departments. As God sends more workers, responsibilities can be progressively delegated according to each person’s gifts and skills.
General Qualifications

Leadership
Leadership and coordination of the ministry
