Use What You Have
Before we get to a detailed list of departments and job descriptions, we would like to remind you that with our model, one person alone can operate a mini-print center. Of course it is nice to have more people. But start with what you have. If you are willing for God to use you, and you have a printer, you can start!
You can view this list of departments as a reminder of areas not to neglect. Do your best to manage God's work wisely and faithfully. With a very small team, it may be necessary for one or two people to be responsible for all the departments of the work. As God provides more people to help, delegate the work out to others as they have the skills and interest to manage a department.

| Colporting | Train and support literature evangelists; report and collaborate with evangelism |
| Translation and Editing | Manage translation committees, translate and edit books and tracts |
| Production (Creative) | Layout, design, and illustrations for all printed materials |
| Production (Printing) | Local and international printing; quality control and record keeping |
| Production (Finishing) | Cutting, stapling, folding, and binding of finished materials |
| Information Technology (IT) | Manage hardware, software, networking, and file servers |
| Communication and Marketing | Marketing, public relations, donor communication, and distribution |
| Finance Manager | Recordkeeping, invoicing, cash flow, and bank operations |
| Materials Manager | Inventory and tracking of raw materials and finished goods |
| Director | Lead and coordinate all departments; strategy, HR, and external relations |
