Introduction
Use What You Have
Before reviewing the detailed list of departments, remember this: with our model, a single person can operate a mini print center.
Of course, having a team is preferable. But start with what you have. If you are available to God and you have a printer, you can already begin the work.
Consider this list not as a heavy structure, but as a reminder of important areas that should not be neglected.
With a small team, one or two people may cover multiple departments. As God sends more workers, responsibilities can be progressively delegated according to each person’s gifts and skills.
General Qualifications
- Maintain a personal relationship with God
- Be filled with the Holy Spirit
- Cultivate a missionary spirit
- Work in cooperation with the Church
- Cultivate a love for lost souls
- Remain focused on the mission entrusted by God
- Be faithful in small details
