The Power of Styles
Using styles on a multi-page document may save you hours of work in the long run. It takes a bit of time to set up, but once it is set up, it makes your document very flexible to later modifications.
I find it helpful when working with paragraph and character styles to give each one a distinct color while editing. That makes it easy to tell at a glance if you missed applying a style to something. –give example with screenshot
Layout and Design
Exercise: Analysis and Comparison of Design Software
Choosing the best fonts. This depends on font size and printer type. A font with varying thicknesses may be hard to read at size 12pt printed on a low-resolution printer. The finer parts of the letters will fade away and an “m” may look like “lll”.
